Our History
Cedarline Residential brings together two established Trinidadian family-run businesses under one banner, drawing on over two decades of combined industry experience.
BSS Traders specialized in the rental and sale of tools and small equipment, while Tropical Greenhouse Solutions Limited (TGSL) designed and constructed custom prefabricated greenhouses for residential and commercial applications across Trinidad.
Now united under their former owner as Cedarline Residential, these businesses are being relaunched with a consolidated offering that builds on their experience in equipment supply, steel structures, and greenhouse construction.
Our Experience
Through our predecessor businesses, we have completed greenhouse, irrigation, and steel structure projects for government agencies, educational institutions, agricultural operations, and private clients across Trinidad.
Notable Projects
Royal Botanic Gardens, Port of Spain: Installation of an irrigation system serving the entire gardens.
Institute of Marine Affairs, Tilapia Raring Facility, Chaguaramas: Construction of commercial greenhouses supporting tilapia farming operations.
Educational Institutions: Small-scale greenhouse installations for Tabaquite R.C. Primary School, a government primary school in Claxton Bay, and the University of the West Indies School of Veterinary Medicine at Mt. Hope.
Ministry of Agriculture, Centeno: Greenhouse construction for agricultural applications.
Private and Commercial Clients: Custom greenhouse and steel structure projects of varying scales, including a 7,600 sq. ft. standalone structure and a 9,880 sq. ft. gutter-connected structure in Barrackpore.
